Upon receipt of every order, customer will be contacted by Shelley's Simple Sweets to confirm order and make delivery or pick-up arrangements. Orders may be cancelled up until this point of contact during which order delivery or pick up date and time are set. No refund will be issued for any cancellations after this time.
